1. E-Learning:
Toyota Tsusho Africa (TTAF) employees who want to register for e-Learning can do so by following the process below:
1.1 Registration:
New Users
• Click the COE Skills Development Portal icon on your desk top or on the link below
• On the Skills Development page, Click new registration
• Under Find Your Employment Record, type in your staff number and click "search"
• Create your own username and password under "Define your Login Details" and submit
• Enter the username and password you just created on the top left hand side and click "login"

Updating your details (Registered and new users)
• Enter username and password and click login
• Click on "My Profile"
• Under General information, Reports To, type manager’s name and click on select
• Update all your contact details with correct information, click update
• Add your qualifications under "My Qualifications", click submit

1.2 How to view and request e-Learning titles (courses)
• Click on "e-Learning" on the left hand side of your screen
• Click on "Manage Course Requests"
• Type in the name of the course you are looking for, and click "Find" (a list is also displayed, alphabetically on the screen)
• To request or book for a course, click ‘add next’ to the name of the course or title you want.
• The title will immediately appear under "Course Request Pending Approval" until your manager approves your training

1.3 Approving or Declining a course request (by managers)
• Your line manager will approve or decline your training request
• Your manager needs to have registered as above to be able to approve training
• Manager needs to login
• Click on "Training Central"
• Under "Staff Training", manager will click on "Approvals Pending"
• Click " Approve or Decline" training **

Important things to note
• Ensure your email address has been entered correctly
• All notifications via LMS will be sent through an automated email
